A useful product specification records the intended use, formula direction, packaging, target market and acceptance criteria. We coordinate this information with our manufacturing partner so that feasibility and any limits are visible before you approve a quotation.
Sampling is a decision stage, not a promise that every concept is production-ready. Agree the sample scope, number of revisions and costs in writing. Product stability, microbiological assessment and packaging compatibility requirements are evaluated for the selected product and intended market.
Ask for the documents that apply to the proposed manufacturer, product and destination. The availability of manufacturing certificates, test reports, ingredient information and batch documents must be confirmed for your project. We do not publish unverified certification badges or guarantee that every document applies to every category.
Keep the approved sample reference, formula version, artwork and commercial specification together. Production and dispatch arrangements follow the agreed responsibilities and approved project scope. Any change should be recorded before it reaches production.
