Define the brand owner, manufacturer, importer and any required local responsible party. Agree who obtains specialist regulatory advice, reviews claims, prepares required product documentation and completes local procedures. These services must be expressly included in the project scope if requested.
Confirm delivery terms, destination, shipment method, carton requirements and transport documents before production approval. Products such as alcohol-based fragrances may have additional carrier requirements. Availability, cost and timing are quoted for the actual route and project.
