Begin with your audience, the character of the fragrance and the way you want it to be experienced. We bring these requirements together in a brief to discuss with our manufacturing partner.

Define the product brief
Describe the fragrance family, the wearer and the occasion. Reference scents can help communicate direction, but the brief should also explain what you want to make distinctive. Bottle, sprayer, closure and outer box are reviewed together so the product experience remains consistent.
What is reviewed before production?
Sample evaluation should consider the initial impression, the development of the scent and the intended application. Fragrance concentration, ingredient restrictions, packaging compatibility and transport classification are confirmed for the selected formula and destination.
Packaging and presentation
Choose the packaging format alongside the formula, not at the end of the project. Component availability, minimum packaging quantities, label space, artwork and shipping protection influence the final specification. The options shown here are starting points for discussion; availability and technical suitability are confirmed for your project.
