Define the product brief
Clarify whether the project concerns an individual aromatic ingredient or a finished blend. Botanical identity, scent profile, intended use and the way the product will be presented are essential brief items. Oil-based does not automatically mean suitable for direct skin use.
What is reviewed before production?
Ingredient identity, source documentation, storage considerations and packaging compatibility are reviewed with the manufacturing partner. Directions for use and any applicable dilution information belong to the approved finished-product documentation.
Packaging and presentation
Choose the packaging format alongside the formula, not at the end of the project. Component availability, minimum packaging quantities, label space, artwork and shipping protection influence the final specification. The options shown here are starting points for discussion; availability and technical suitability are confirmed for your project.
