Define the product brief
Separate interior and exterior uses, and identify the materials the product will contact. A bodywork wash, glass cleaner and dashboard product have different application requirements. Consumer and professional channels also influence pack size and directions for use.
What is reviewed before production?
Discuss surface compatibility, dilution, dispensing and storage during sample evaluation. Performance and protective claims depend on evidence for the selected formulation. Transport and safety documentation are reviewed against the actual product and market.
Packaging and presentation
Choose the packaging format alongside the formula, not at the end of the project. Component availability, minimum packaging quantities, label space, artwork and shipping protection influence the final specification. The options shown here are starting points for discussion; availability and technical suitability are confirmed for your project.
