Information and purposes
The project form collects your name, email, optional phone and company, product category, project preferences, quantity estimate, target market and any information you choose to include. We use this information to review feasibility, prepare or discuss a quotation and respond to your inquiry. Do not include sensitive personal information in the project brief.
When the form prepares an email draft, your details stay in your browser until you send the email through your email application. If direct sending is enabled, the website emails your details to our team without saving the inquiry in a website database. Direct sending uses a temporary session and a limited security counter to reduce abuse. The server may keep access logs. Optional analytics and advertising load after your choice in Cookie settings.
Grounds and recipients
Inquiry handling is connected with the steps you request before entering a contract, business communications and protecting the service against misuse. Processing also takes place where necessary to meet legal obligations. Consent is requested separately for optional tracking; sending a project inquiry does not subscribe you to marketing.
Relevant project details may be shared with our manufacturing partner and suppliers to evaluate your requirements. Hosting and email providers process data to operate the service. Access is limited by role. Information may be disclosed to competent authorities where legally required. Service providers and embedded media may operate outside your country; applicable transfer requirements must be observed.
Retention and your choices
Unconverted project inquiries are reviewed for deletion after 24 months. Records connected with a contract, legal obligation or dispute may need a different retention period. Backups follow the hosting provider’s restricted backup cycle.
You may ask about your data, request access or correction and, where applicable, deletion, restriction, objection or portability. You may withdraw optional consent without affecting earlier processing. Under applicable law, including Türkiye’s Law No. 6698, you may apply to the controller and the competent data protection authority. Contact us with enough information to identify the request; we may need to verify your identity.
