5. LinkedIn Lead Generation Forms
When you submit a LinkedIn Lead Generation Form, LinkedIn first processes the information under its own privacy policy and makes the information you submit available to us. We use this data to contact you about the product, manufacturing service, quotation, private-label project, export opportunity or cooperation request described in the relevant advertisement; to manage the resulting sales process; and to measure campaign performance.
We do not use LinkedIn lead data for purposes unrelated to the relevant request. Marketing messages are sent only where permitted by applicable law. You may withdraw a marketing consent at any time without affecting processing carried out before withdrawal.

Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you may request to:
- learn whether your personal data is processed;
- obtain information about processing;
- learn the purpose of processing and whether data is used accordingly;
- learn the third parties to whom data is transferred;
- request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data;
- request deletion or destruction where the legal conditions are met;
- request notification of correction, deletion or destruction to recipients;
- object to a result arising exclusively from automated processing;
- request compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.
You may submit a request, together with sufficient information to verify your identity and explain the right you wish to exercise, to the address above or through another method recognised by applicable law. Requests will be answered as soon as possible and no later than thirty days, depending on their nature.
